The Social Media Release Form Template includes terms around:
· Your ability to publish or reproduce the content and images (Content) on your own social media platforms
· Editing the Content with creative freedom;
· Ensuring the owner of the Content cannot claim payment for use of the Content;
· Limiting your liability for use of the Content where copyright and other legal actions are concerned; and
· Includes a waiver and release in your favour.
How to use:
After purchase you will need to add the details in the document where prompted in red text, in particular:
· the details of your business;
· your social media handles and platforms;
· the details of the Content Creator; and
· the State/ Territory/ Country
