The Expert Guest Release Template is for use by online course creators or those with an online membership or community.
It is for use Australia wide and can be used in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.
The Expert Guest Release Template includes terms around:
· Your ability to use the content they record however you wish to publish it or edit it, including using snippets to promote your program;
· Confirms that the expert will not be entitled to royalties or fees (where they are being paid a fee, you will need a licence agreement rather than this release); and
· Includes a waiver and release in your favour from your expert guest.
How to use: After purchase you will need to add the details in the document where prompted in red text, in particular:
· the details of your business;
· your ABN;
· your online course, program or community name; and
· your guest details.
