About the Pilates Waiver Template for In Person Classes
This Pilates Waiver template can be used whether you run group classes or one on one pilates classes. Students should be made aware of the waiver at the time of booking/registration and sign it before taking their class. This can be done by having them acknowledge and agree to the waiver when booking online or if they register in person at your studio.
The Pilates Waiver Template includes the following:
Clarification that the pilates instructor is not medically trained
The requirement for students to have medical clearance to participate in the class
Scope for use with children under 18 as well as adults
Indemnity and risk management of a pilates teacher
A release and waiver
