Consignment Agreement Template Australia
Do you buy or sell on consignment? Perhaps you are an artist or creative or on sell through people who have the client base you want to get in front of?
Entering into a consignment arrangement allows retailers to place interesting items in their shop without having to outlay for stock they may not sell. For the person selling, it’s a chance to get their products or works in front of a different and wider market.
A consignment selling arrangement can benefit both the creative and the retailer. Without one, there can be many risks and an agreement makes the terms of how the arrangement is to work, entirely clear.
