Podcast Manager Contract Template

The podcast manager template is a template designed specifically for podcast managers.

It is for use Australia wide and can be used in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.

The podcast manager template covers the following:

·        Your details;

·        Your clients details (customisable for each client with our word document);

·        The Podcast details;

·        Your services in detail;

·        Your excluded services (for example you might edit but not upload to the podcast platforms);

·        Your payment terms and whether you are paid per podcast or per hour (your choice);

·        Provides for a Kill Fee if the podcast is pulled;

·        Allows for podcast meetings;

·        Secures a promise from the Podcast Owner/ your client that the background information and content is theirs and has been fact checked;

·        Your obligations to your client;

·        Client obligations to you, including providing all necessary information, instructions and authorisation;

·        GST clause (to apply if you are registered for GST and required to add GST to your invoices);

·        Confidentiality clause;

·        Limits to your liability and disclaimer clause; and

·        Termination clause.

How to use:

After purchase you will need to add the details in the document where prompted in red text, in particular:

·        the details of your business;

·        the State/ Territory/ Country;

·        your client’s details

·        the podcast details;

·        details of your included and excluded services;

·        your price and payment terms; and

·        agreement date
