This International Contractor Agreement Template is designed to be finalised and signed by both parties (Principal - you and contractor) before the contractor provides any services.
One aspect of an agreement with international contractors that can be overlooked is how dispute resolution will be handled. Our template specifies that any disputes will be dealt with from within Australia. This International Contractor Agreement Template is suitable for Australian based business looking to hire contractors working from a location outside of Australia and includes the following:
