About the Talent Agency Agreement Template
The Talent Agency Agreement Template is a template agreement between a talent representative (agent and manager) and the talent they represent (for example, musician, performer, artist etc)
· This Template is a general template drafted for Australian laws.
· This Template is designed to be used for performers for work in dance, film, television, advertising, commercials, music, radio, theatre, live appearances, internet, modelling or any other media.
· Is able to be used for child and adult talent.
· Note that in NSW there is further legislation regulating talent contained in the Entertainment Industry Act 2013 (NSW) (EIMA) and this Agreement refers to that legislation and uses the EIMA and in particular section 10 of the EIMA as a benchmark to apply across the rest of Australia.
The Agency Agreement for talent management agreement covers:

Allows for customisation of the Services the Agent will perform
Provides for a clear agent fee on commission basis;
Allows you to add the state of Australia that it applies to in the table in the agreement (it covers New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory)
Makes mention of the Entertainment Industry Act in NSW (EIMA Act) and complies with section 10 of the EIMA Act.

includes a cooling off period

The Talent Photographer Agreement Template is a template agreement between a talent Representative and a photographer to be used when a talent Representative engages a photographer to take photos of the talent they manage.
· This Template is a general template drafted for Australian laws.
· Note that this is an independent contractors agreement and it does NOT create the same employment relationship between the parties as an employment agreement. As a result, a Photographer remains responsible for superannuation, insurance, tax, and other leave entitlements and can only collect the agreed Price under the Photographer’s agreement. Before using this template, we suggest you review the Australian Tax Office guidelines for an independent contractor to ensure that your proposed contracting arrangement will not be classed as an employee-and-employer relationship.
This Agreement contains details service options for commission bookings and bulk photo shoots, regulates the services and editing of photos, and has two pricing models that can be chosen - commission pricing model or bulk photo shoot fees. It also details the equipment the photographer is required to have and the process for invoicing.
