About the Coworking Membership Agreement Template | Shared Office Space Agreement Template

It is designed for office space where a desk or office is allocated and the members use the same facilities. It is not a lease or sublease and the members in a coworking space do not have the right to exclusive occupation of the Premises that is the subject of the coworking space. Coworking agreements are licenses to use the part of the premises and share facilities like bathrooms, kitchen, reception, common areas etc.
This template is a visual template and includes pictures as well as writing to make it easier for all parties to read and use.
This template is suitable for use in premises that are called things such as coworking space, shared workspace, open office space, accelerator or startup hub or executive centre. It is applicable to and can be used in all Australian states and territories (New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory).
Other names that may be used for a coworking space can include coworking agreement, shared office space agreement, terms and conditions for coworking space, coworking licence agreement and coworking agreement.
