Instructions for use

• Employer must insert all details in the customisable Schedule of the Employment Agreement (Agreement) and provide the Agreement to the Employee.

• Upon receipt of the Agreement, the Employee must read them and sign the Agreement (if all is agreed). 

• The documents signed by the Employee must be returned to the Employer on or before the date proposed work start date.
