·        Complete the information as prompted by red text including your business name, ABN and website address, the contents of the subscription box, details of your delivery schedule, your state or territory of residence and the date you update the terms;

·        badge with your logo in the header (though note we retain copyright of the base terms and you are not permitted to pass them to others for their use as our licence to you extends to your own use); and
